injector help

I have a 91 305 tpi z28(as everyone may know)I need to know what size and psi injectors I need for it and is an adjustable fpr a good idea or should I just a non adjustable??

the 5.0 lite uses a 19 lb a hour injector.and a AFPR is always nice to have for tuneing. but if you have 365 hp i whouldnt think twice and jump that out to 28-30 lb a hour
