Will 1.6:1 RR's negatively affect stock '89 L98?
The engine and ECM are stock, and being that it's an '89 the engine has a MAF sensor. Would this be okay? I ask because my friend just bought a new set of heads with guide plates and will sell me his 1.6:1 Comp Cams Pro Magnum Self-Aligning Roller Rockers, and for cheap! Only $100, and they've only got 5000 miles on them.
So, will this work? Oh, and will these fit under my stock valve covers?
And yes, while I'm at it I'm gonna replace the seals and springs aswell.
Thanks in advance guys!
Joel

Should be just fine. Be sure to check the clearances when you are all done. Not all heads etc are created equal.
