Does anyone else have a Black Hotchkis Brace? It seems like they are all red and in the Jegs catlogue they list Red for F-body and Black for Impalla(I think). I have a black one, It fit perfectly, so I am just wondering whats wup with this. Are they the same size you think? I hope someone else has a black one.

 

They do make the F-body strut tower brace in black and red. I checked at the Hotchkis website.

I have the black one on my car, e-mail if you want some pics. It looks a lot better on my car because the whole motor compartment is black and blue and aluminum.

How does a strut tower brace even fit on, on my car it appears that the master cylinder would be in the way.

Yeah, I also have the black strut tower brace. I wanted the red one so that my engine compartment would look a bit jazzier. I went to jegs, pointed to the part number in the catalog, and the guy camr from the back with one. Took it home to find out that it was black. Oh well, I didn't feel like taking it back. Yeah Hotchkis does make a red and black for the F-Body. Most of their products come in either black or red actually.
