My friend just picked an 86 IROC and i was wondering what are some easy mods to get some more horse out of the 305. Also what is the difference between a MAF system or a Speed Density system?

future mods:
completely done over suspension, black paint with flames, B&M shifter, intellitronix digital gauge package, 16" IROC rims, procharger supercharger.
