What will be the best valve stem seals to use?

I wnat to know what will be the best valve stem seals to use for my 1987 305 TPI Trans AM? I have great puff of blue smoke on warn start ups I was wondering if there a certian product that would last a while. Also, could you tell me what sets (intake and exhuast) to get and the store( like Jegs or Autozone) I am planning installing the valve seals during Mardi Gras holidays!!!

Supposedly (so I was told) the factory ones are really good (for the year).
