Good indicator of rearwheel hp and et's

My friend took his pony car to the track this saturday and it ran a 13.37@106 w/1.92 60 ft. The car was dynoed(rear wheel) at 264hp 296ft/lbs. Its a 95 gt with 5spd. Just thought this might help some.

i don't see how he got those numbers at the rears and ran that time i got 243hp and 342 ftlbs with and auto and i don't run those times. has he put that car on a serious diet? then agian he was probly running drag radials and he has a 5 speed. he must be a really good driver.

My friend ran a 13.8X @~~100 MPH is a Baja-fied Ford ranger with a stock 302 EFI long block out of a mustang (had headers and a holley carb). He beat our other friends more modified 5.0 mustang. By the way the Ranger had 4.56 gears and 33(?) inch tires.

Go to this site and use 3300 lbs and 264hp. It comes out about right. His times show that his car is optimised and he knows how to drive a 1/4 mile.

Just don't tell him, it'll go to his head. Nothing like a Phord owner with an ego, let alone an attitude.
