Do you have to buy a afpr when switching to a high pres.pump?

Whats up people?
My question is when I install my new high pressure walpro fuel pump @255 liters do I have to convert over to a afpr right away or will the stock unit work for now?

Whatever the engine doesnt need flow-wise will head right back to the tank via the return line. Dont need the AFPR.
