car will not idle and runs really rough

ok i dont know whats wrong( of course i really havent looked to deep either) but this is the first car in my sig. anywasy its wrecked and is in my backyard and about once a week i go and start it up and run it for 20 mins or so. well i didnt do it for about 2 weeks then the day that i pulled the tranny out i decided to start it but it wouldnt idle and was running extremely rough, as if only 4 or 5 of the clyinders were firing, and white and black smoke was bellowing out of the exhaust. the week before the tarp had blown of exposing the hood(4 inch cowl)and it had rained several days. it had run just fine a few weeks before and i guess i will pull the plugs and see what they tell me. my dad thinks that i have a few that are fouled, but how can they foul out when the car isnt started or run for 2 weeks? i have checked for vacuum leaks but there arent any. i have to hold my foot on the pedal to make it idle. anyone know what to do if the plugs are fine? sorry for the length didnt want to leave anything out.

Car: Damn
Engine: This
Transmission: New Stuff
When you started it did it crank for a long time? If it did this could have fuel soaked the plugs and fouled them because the fuel is just piling up in the cylin-.... well you know.
Anyway, when i did my swap, i fouled the plugs a good 2 or 3 times becuase the connector on the distributer module kept coming off without telling me, damn plastic!
I would check the plugs like you said, smell them for fuel.
-just don't pass out!

yeah since i only start it once a week if that, it usually takes a bit to start up. so that makes since why the pluggs would be fouled. i will check it out this week.
