Is there an EGR tube on each set of runners on SD or MAF engines?

I have purchased a couple of used TPI set ups. Some came with an EGR tube on each set of runners and the SD runners came with a EGR tube on only one runner. If you can offer some input I'd appreciate it. Thanks

I think one of those tubes is NOT EGR. On my 86 it had a tube (driverside) for idle air & coldstart.
I didn't use either tube for their intended purpose though. Thanks GM.

ODB is correct. 85-92 passenger side runners will all have the EGR tube. 85-88 driver side runners will have the cold start injector tubes. You can use 85-88 runners on an 89-92 setup, just make sure you plug up the injector tube on the driver side.
