ported upper plenum
OKay. I was searching for like an hour and didnt get exactly what I wanted. I read the tech article too already. I am thinking about siamesing my upper intake. Now can I do it with say a dotco tool to cut open themiddle walls, or should i use something else. Someone was talking about some tip, but is that used with a drill or what? lol i only know so many tools and things. Anyways if I just cut the the inner wlls and make them Siamesed, should I make the holes larger also? I Understand i wont gain much power, but its free for the most part. Thanx guys

Not familiar with a dotco tool but if it's like a Dremel it'll work. Sanding rolls are good for enlarging the diameter of the runner opening and you can use cut-off wheels to remove the divider between the runner openings.
The biggest improvement you can make to your plenum is to grind down the EGR bumps right behind the throttle body openings and blend the sides and bottom. You'll want to do this no matter what runners you use.

Okay. ya a dotco is a cut off wheel for air compressors. Okay so i will soon cut off all those inner walls and get some sanding rolls. Thanx for the advice

Its gunna be damn near impossible for you to cut the EGR walls that sit right after the opening of the TB with a cut-off wheel. You are gunna need some sort of dremmel or die grinder.
The bit to use has a cylindrical shape with little fins on it that go the whole length of the cylinder. Also as referd to as a "soda can with fins." I know that Home Depot has these near the Dremmel section. The walls should be first, then you can port match the intake using the gaskets, therefor giving you more room. If you want to siamese the runner holes, I would suggest you get runners that would take advantage of the added flow, but without them its kind of pointless.
