MAF-code 33 WON'T GO AWAY!
Initially, I had trouble w/ the MAF sensor filament staying "ON" w/ the ignition off (Oh, and of course the car ran like crap). So, I figured the MAF Burn-off relay was stuck in the closed/on position. Put a new Burn-off relay in and that fixed the filament problem, but I am setting a code 33 even after clearing the codes from the computer.
Any ideas, suggestions?
Thanks,
Neil

Code 33: High voltage (low vacuum) at mass air flow sensor.
Check the TPS voltage, it should be .54VDC.
Change all the relays, and if u keep getting it, u need a new MAF. Have u modded it??

I had the same hard 33 code. This happened after I replaced the MAF and swapped relays.
Turned out that one of the female sockets on the MAF weatherpack was bent slightly out, so it was only making partial contact. I have a temporary fix on it, but I need to replace the connector.
