what gap size should i run with the corvette heads on the 305
i believe my motor is a 88' TPI and i got a set of 88' corvette alluminum heads. What gap should i run on the bosch plattinum spark plugs. Many people have told me to go with .40 or .45. Remember I have a remanufactured stock distributor w/Hypertech cap&rotor and coil and MSD plugs. which gap should i go with for maximum horsepower and mileage. I appreciate all your help.

unless you have a MSD box you should keep the gap at the stock adjustment which is .35 .now if you have a MSD box you can play with that adjustment.MSD says you can gap them all the way to .60 . but i would guess that is with a heavy modded motor.

What more do you want? The banditt answered your question pretty well. Maybe you could try some different settings and pick the best for your set up. .040 to .045 probably is a good place to start.

Hey, Vortech305
I've read a lot of your posts and it looks like you're an annoying little bastard. You post like you know si*t, but in actuallity, you're just a little punk with a lot of free time. I bet you don't even own a 3rd gen and your sig is fake.
How about a pic?Your questions are stupid, most of the time and you sig is fake. So don't waste people's time anymore. Just read and learn.
