cant find idle

cant find idle
Afetr my car drives around for a while and warms up. It is having a very hard time to find itself an idle. It will go up to 850 rpms, then it could drop to 4-500 rpms. It almost stalls out. Does anyone know what this could be.? I as thinking the tps or the iac
