Which spark plugs does anyone suggest for my application

U can see my modification from my sig. and help me figure what spark plugs to run. I have bosch plattinum and people have told me to change them, but what exactly should i get. People also have told me to get rapid fire plugs but also told me then run out to fast. So in conclusion which spark plugs should i get and at what gap should i put them in for performance and regular driving.

AC/Delco Rapid Fires are the best plugs I have ever used. I give them a gold star!

AC R45TS. When you get the blower on there, use AC R43TS since it's a colder plug.

i've been using the bosoch plat.for years and i've never had any kind of problem.now if you run nitrous you shouldn't run the platium plugs.unless you run a MSD box(or some thing like it)your really not going to see any difference opening the gap any wider than .035.you may see a loss in power if you do widen the gap.if you do run a MSD box they say you can go as wide as .060 but that is some thing you'll need to paly around with

thanks for all your answers, and i guess my friends 91' camaro has a problem cause he has a modified 355 SB with edelbrock heads, edelbrock intake air gap, comp cams Every part of MSD(ie,box, plugs, distributor, cap and coil, ect.)and he attends Lincoln Tech and one of the teachers advised him to try running .80 gap on his rapid fire plugs. His motor is modifid like crazy and hes running somewhere in the 400-450 RW horsepower and im guessing the .80 gap is too much
