How much idle fuel psi with vac. lines CONNECTED?
I got it at 40psi.. spikes to like 48 WOT... this good?

Mine pressure conected is 35psi, spikes to 38. I'm having cold only hard start problems, so does that mean my pump getting weak??
Also if I turn the key quickly it starts cold, if I slowly turn on the key, it will not start. what do you think the problem is??
FYI I replaced the fuel filter and relay.

yeah your psi is right where it should be... you could actually maybe bump it up to 42psi idle, 50psi WOT... from stock psi to 50psi wot it has dyno proven 30ft/lbs on a stock l98
