search not working, need tps help

search not working, need tps help
put on a new tps along with a new bbk 52mm throttle body. couldn't get .54 volts. got a new tps, same thing, put my old throttle body back on, now i get .54 volts, but when i open the throttle, it goes to .999 volts then i get "OL" on the meter. tried different tps, same thing. What's up and where to look?

Scale your meter up to 20V for the reading at WOT. I suspect a slight manufacturing problem with the BBK throttle. What was the voltage you were able to attain with the new TB?

i get .540 volts on the new TB. but it still goes to .999 then "ol". tried different tps's, still the same.
