guess their customer service isent what i've herd sent them this e-mail on mon and still no reply guess a long distance call is needed to get some action!
anyone else have any trouble with them?

recieved my runners last thursday and would like to ask are all the semi siamese runners very rough inside welds and have chunks of weld inside them? this to me seems like a set that somehow made it past your quality control system. i must admit that i have herd nothing but good things abouit your large tube runners and would expect nothing but the best for 475.00 a set i dont think for that kind of money anything but a simple gasket match should be necessary.not the need to have someone port the excess weld out. if the quality of all your semi siamese runners are the same as mine i would like to exchange my set for a set of non siemesed and the difference applied to my card.if you think that you have a set with better quality welds(no slag chunks of excess aluminum inside)then i would be willing to accept an exchange.
please let me know how you would like to resolve this and one more thing the 20% return charge is not acceptible and i will not pay this .

My question is why the heck would they be MIG welding thin aluminum like that anyway? I'd much rather have the added control of a TIG for that type of application.

AS&M are complete douchbags, their customer support is terrible and they usually refer you to the owner and the ***** will say "well, that how they are, return the item then." I've had an issue in the past with AS&M. Unfortunately SummitRacing dosn't sell all the performace parts I want, tehy have excellent customer support when it comes to the quality of an item and returns. NO BS.
