How do I remove injectors from fuel rails?
How do I go about removing the injectors from the fuel rails? I see they have some sort of clip retaining them but can't figure out how to release it and I dont want to break them...

hmm yeah the clips at the bottom to the manifold came right out but the ones holding em to the fuel rail look different.. you're probably right though, I'm doing this in my basement and the lighting really really stinks..

Be sure and turn the clips about a half turn before trying to pull out injector. They don't like to come out after being there for a while.

Yes. Turn them about a half of a turn. Won't be able to turn them further. Be careful though. They're not very strong. Very easy to break or bend. A small flat blade screwdriver works well for turning them.
GM still carries them so at least you won't be totally screwed.

Apply some lube where the injectors sits in the rail and on the lock rings. Makes it much easier to spin the lock rings and pull the injectors out of the rail.
