carb. to TPI swap
i Have a 87 IROC that got totaled a few day's ago. And I have purchased a 86 Trans Am
and I want to pull the the 350 Tuned port from the IROC and put in the T/A. I know I'll have to change the fuel tank and the line's. And the wiring and computer. can anyone tell me what if any of this off the Iroc will work on the T/A.The T/A was 305 with a carb.

I would just start swapping parts... 
i dont think you need to change the gas tank... but it will probly be easier to do it that way since you already have the parts...

and the 350 TPI of course...
you have quite a project on your hands but one i will hopefully be tackleing sometime next year...

I'll say it again. There are missing wires in the instrument panel harness that need to be added or all your work will be useless. I have a diagram I made that clearly shows the missing wires. One set that are critical are the fuel pump wires that run back to the tank, it would be if you did a carpet swap at the same time.
