Is it worth it to put on headers and still have a restrictive Y-pipe?

im sure it would help some those manifolds are worthless i was running heaman headers and headman y pipe yheyre $100 a piece but there made for each other it will bolt right up to your exhuast if nothing else get the headers and a cutout for your exhuast i was running 13.5@105 with that type of set up
