I have a 91 TPI 305/5spd. I know this is not what you asked for, but for a 305 it runs pretty good. It does have 133,000 miles on it, and that is why I am building a 350. I know the 350 Auto's have to run better than what I have. The only reason I didn't look for one is I wanted the 5spd. Hope this helps.

It depends on how fast the track is, what the weather is like, etc. But from my experience, they tend to run in the 14s. I've seen everything from 14.2 to 15.0.

there is really no desision to make here. The pros of the Z are more power better handleing better brakes more style usaly better options. the only can is a little rougher ride. The pros of the RS is better gass milage and well that is about it. The z-28 is not just an engine it is a diffrent animal. I have had both an RS and now an iroc i must say that the iroc is so much nicer and is just awesome in every performance aspect. It does not feel that much faster than my RS was but it sure is alot faster. That said i am going to buy an RS here in the near future just to put arround in. I just hope the mustang boys don't try and pick on it.

I got your huckleberry there ***90iroc. I has me a 'stang with a half pint motor that can whoop your little hiney (I hear you like it that way). Oh yeah, your GONOT camaro is slow too, I saw it get beat by a super four door NEON yesterday. The guy in the mustang next to you could not stop laughing, remeber? He beat you both and he only had a V6.
BTW What is an AFPR, American Federation of Pecker Reduction? I gues that would explain the "few other little things" huh? Isn't there a recall on the 90 iroc for a severe truck like sound?
If you ever want to know how to build a real camaro let me know, I can tell you. The first thing you need is a couple of two by fours....

Well all camaros run different...All my friends are pissed off at me becuase I have yet to go into my motor with 167k miles on it, and it runs 13.5@102 on motor....The mods are as listed...all ignition, tunning, and tires.

well if i sleep it,i am going to drop in the almighty 406 that smiles at me everytime i see it at my dads house. that motor was in a 69 nova that my dad sold rolling so he said when i want it i can have it. btw it ran high 11's in the nova, so i think i can get it there with a bottle shot in the ol camaro, it just seems like alot of money and time that i will have to invest to keep the camaro from tearing apart when i drop the hammer at the track, not to mention it will be a daily driver, but i dont know yet. suggestions would be appreciated.
