intake runner and intake manifold

intake runner and intake manifold
what is the best brand to go with if u want a intake manifold and intake runners.....i have seen accel and edelbrock but dop u guys no of any ...i don't want to change the cam

Don't overlook the AS&M runners. Arizona Speed and Marine makes some large runners that can flow very well. Edelbrock is getting a little like a mass production facility, and seems to have the "cookie cutter" mentality. If you are wondering about some problems people have had with fitment of the Edelbrock intakes, do a search of the archives.

just put on the edelbrock base be careful you get what you pay for.i had a lot of casting flash on the runner inlets i used a 1 3'4 wire brush and smoothed out each opening starting about 1in. inside the opening.the tpis comes gasket matched but are more expensive but are the same intake accel makes their own casting
