Code 13...What to do?

I just took my 88 IROC out of storage this weekend, and when I was driving I got a SES light. When I pulled the code, it was a code 13. I believe that has something to do with the O2 sensor (showing a lean condition?) The car has headers and it is still fairly cool around here, so maybe the O2 sensor isn't getting up to temp. I have a heated sensor but have not installed it yet. Anyone else ever get a code 13? Recommendations would be great. Thanks in advance for any help.

Usually changing the sensor works if the connection is good. They should be changed every 50,000 miles anyway...

Delco or bosch work good. Around $30

Hook up the heated O2 sensor! I'm sure that'll take care of your problem!
