What can I do with a TPI 350??

What can I do with a TPI 350??
I am considering buying a auto 91 or 92 Z28 now I know this car has L98 aluminum heads so what can I get out of this car power wise with stock heads ported and polished, cam and all the bolt ons? What will I get when you add a 383 to that combo and Is a 383 a good Idea with a blower on this engine?
