IAC base casting Torx bolts....When do they start to thread?

Are the Torx bolts fastening the IAC base casting to the bottom threaded just into the throttle body or partially into the IAC casting as well?

I need to know this because during the process of removing the IAC base from the throttle body, the last (Murphy's Law) bolt's head twisted off leaving the bolts rusty shaft stuck half way down into the IAC casting. I have put plenty of penetrating liquid on the broken bolt, hoping that the bolt just starts to thread into the throttle body and not the IAC casting which the bolts secure to the throttle body. If anyone can tell me if they don't start threading until they reachh the throttle body, then I can force off the casting. Thanx in advance.

Forget about just answered my own question by going out side and prying the base off. turns out the threads start to thread into the throttle body and not the IAC base.
