port and polish stock heads

port and polish stock heads
What kind of results should i expect from porting and polishing my stock heads. And should i add some new roller rockers to my heads?If so, what kind do you guys recommend?

I ported and polished my L98 heads when I rebuilt the engine last year,and installed a set of Comp Cams magnum 1.6 roller tips.It now pulls hard up to around 5500 rpm or so.It used to die off around 4800 rpm.
