welcome aboard..
the fpr is located under the back left side of the plenum, its a small black thing.
to change it you need to take off the plenum and use a special torx security bit to get the fpr off.
porting the plenum is real easy, http://www.tribal-treasures.com/cars...-port/port.htm
dont know about the intake
the stock fuel pressure is between 41-46 psi, you need to check it with a fp gauge to see what yours is

Or if you're a lazy SOB you can get the FPR screws out by grabbing the heads with vice grips and turning. Take s alittle longer, but at least that saves you the oddyssey of tracking down a security torx driver (Last time i asked where the regular torx stuff was at sears i had 2 people point me in the wrong direction, i could just see me trying to explain the difference and trying to get them to find it in a catalog for me.)
As for porting the plenum with a dremel, thats all i used. Just a high speed cutting bit for 98.5% of it, then a little smoothing touch up work with a stone.
