Need Some Help.....

Ok, My car is running rich. Here are my questions.
1.) I installed 24# injectors. I had 19# from mt 305, but now I have a 355. It ran fine before all this stuff I am about to go into. I cranked up the fuel pressure to about 50 psi with the 19# injectors. Am I getting to much pressure thru the 24# injectors? Should I turn the pressure down?

2.) I also changed to a 58 mm throttle body. Had the stock 48mm on there before. Is the computer compensating for all the air and pumping more fuel to the injectors? Is the 58 mm too big?

Any comments will be welcomed. Thanks.
BTW this is a TPI engine from 1985.

Bob

I dont see anything about a chip change. In that case, yes you are running rich. You have to have the chip recalibrated (or do it yourself) telling it that you have 24# injectors.

When i did the 305 to 355 swap, I talked to the local street rod store guy, and he said i needed a chip. So i purchased one. It is a hpertech thermo somethin....but for a 305 (this is what the guy said...305 comp, 305 chip, the comp will compensate for the extra cubes.) so this is that.

So do i still need to recal. the chip?
How or where can it be done? How much cash will it take? And....is there any way around it (ie. going back to 19# injectors)?
