What to set the FP to in TPI Firebird.
What to set the FP to in TPI Firebird.
Got a friend who's putting a car together from scratch and doesn't know what to set the FP to. It's a 90 block with an 87 TPI system. The car has Hooker Super Comp Headers and a Crane Compucam #104224. Other than that and being bored .30 over, it's pretty much stock. Any ideas? TIA

Stock is about 42 PSI. Set the fuel pressure somewhere in the 45 PSI range and tune from there. Its different on every car, so find a value that gives you the most power.
