After-market TPI wire harness, Which one??

I am going to swap a TPI and supercharger in my 82'. Who makes a good wire harness?? I've heard Painless is actually painful. People say it is not long enough and that it is missing some smog stuff. What about getting their longer harness, will that give me some flexability? Where can you get a COMPLETE factory harness? This is going to be a MAF TPI conversion. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

82' Z-28. 327" w/ flat tops. 216/228/112LS. Pocket ported 041 heads 1.94/1.50 SS valves. World Class T-5 from a 91'. Best run? Runs with 2001 vette to 150mph!

Only thing I'd recommend besides a painless(full) is to keep your eyes open for and '85-'89 MAF TPI harness. Then just replace the wire covering stuff (forgot what it's called) and you are ready to go. Keep an eye on ebay and the classifieds, they show up every now and then.

I used painless and it was a little bit hard, but the tech support people were very helpful. I dont know what the rumor about emissions stuff is, but all of mine is still in tact. I used the short harness and didnt have any problems witht he length of it. Personally, I thought is was a good harness. good luck
