1st thing about 65 degree temp out side, the car has sat overnight, when i hit the starter it takes a lot of crankin to get it to start and then when it does "it grabs" the idle at about 700 then goes into high idle 1200-1400 after that the car runs great allday and starts fine the rest of the day.i just installed a new IAC and adjuted it by the book 3 times.it idles fine, and it only happens when the car is at its coldest.before the old IAC went bad the3 car would fire right up when cold and go right into high idle... thanx ed
