Accel/Lingenfelter Super Ram?
I'm planning on buying a new intake system. This is what I got--Crate ZZ4, Accel 30# inj., Holley adj. fuel pres. reg., MSD 8.5mm Super cond. wires, Cranes Cam HI-6S ign. w/ PS91 coil, K&N filter, Jet Air foil, Hooker Comp. 1 5/8" shorties, american thunder flows, oil cooler, Dual friction centerforce.
I want to buy a BBK 58mm TB.($310), the super ram base($460), Super ram plenum and runners($760). NOW MY QUESTION--- Will the intake base fit on the the heads w/ no prob.?
When I tried to put the stock TPI setup on the engine the bolt holes did not match up. I had to oblong the holes in my stok TPI to get it to fit. I would like to avoid that with the new one. Please help me, I've posted this at 4 other tech sites and no one knows for sure. Thanks.

That's pretty much the6 same setup I have, except I went with 24# injectors. They are good for at least 400 HP, and the ZZ4 only puts out 355, so you will be running it pretty rich unless you back way off on the fuel pressure and burn a custom prom to set the pulse width and stuff back a bit.
The Superram has a dual bolt pattern for the center bolts, so it will fit both the new and old style heads.

ZZ4 Crate engine, Accel 24 pound injectors, Accel Superram intake, Accel Large tube runners

Borg Warner 9 bolt rear (full poly mounts) Hotchiss panhard rod, Lakewood LCA's, Spohn subframe connectors, custom chip.

Don't bother getting jacked by Accel on the base. Go to performancepartsonsale.com and order the edelbrock base...there is no difference, especially b/c you really need to portmatch the SR plenum and runners anyway.

That's what I'm saying. For what the accel base costs you can get the edelbrock and have it ported to the SR runners and whatever heads you're running. Have you seen any comparisons of the accel to the edelbrock..i.e.- flow numbers? I've eyeballed each and they looked the same, but I didn't have a mic to check the port sizes.
