Upgrade intake now or wait for new heads?
I'm wondering if I will see much improvement with new base, runners, ported plenum with stock heads or should I just wait until I can afford new heads and swap them all at once?
Thanks,
Ken
Thanks,

Just do it once, then you don't have to take the whole intake off again when you do your heads. If you feel like spinnin more wrenches than you have to however, play with the intake.

I would say do it all at once. The stock heads and cam are actually a larger bottleneck than the stock intake is. Look at my car for proof of that. Heads / cam will net you larger gains than a full intake, but won't reach their full potential without an intake... So except for doing it all at once you won't realize the full potential without doing both.
