without seeing what you have a 305 is black and purple color and almost straight.
the 350 are greenish gray color and fater.
the O rings just pull off and stretch the new on both ends if needed.
to take the injector off turn the retaining clip around and pull it out of your fuel rail. hope this fill help.

How the nozzle looks makes no difference in what it's rated at. I pulled Lucas 19LBers from my 305, sent them to Rich at cruzinperformance and he sent me Rochester 19LBers back. The Lucas injectors had the rounded nozzle whereas the Rochesters have the cone shaped nozzles... both are rated at 19LBs though. You really can't tell just by looking at the pic, you need to cross ref the part # to find out for sure. For all you know, they could be 30LB injectors that the previous owner of the vette had put in.
The best thing to do before installing them is to send them to cruzinperformance (www.cruzinperformance.com) and have them cleaned and flowmatched. Often Rich is able to send back a set that flows better than brand new ones out of the box because his tolerances are a lot tighter than the manufacturers. You'll get them back in less than a week. Good luck.

I agree with what others have said about cross referencing the part number for the actual size of the injectors. That will tell you exactly what size they are. The nozzle design doesn't matter but I have heard that the conical ones atomize better than the other style nozzles - they create a better flow pattern by protecting the fuel spray when it first leaves the nozzle. I don't know if I buy that 100% but whatever.
As a side note: I have the stock injectors (As far as I know) in my GTA (350) and they look exactly like the one you have the pic of.
