cruise control probs on L98
ive checked all the vacuum hoses and they are all ok. the cruise will not turn on at all. is there some way i can check the servo to see if that is the problem or if my set switch is broken. also could it have something to do with a switch on the brake pedal?

it could be the sensor in the brake (and or clutch if you have a manual) that was my problem a while back

The switch on your turn signal lever is, honestly a piece of crap, its fraginle, and easily broken for no apparent reason. When I bought my first 87 formula the switch was broken inside... There are 4 wires going to the switch, there is a plug found under the dash, You will have to pull the plastic cover and remove its interior light.
Looks kind of like from the side, mine was kind of whitish if I remember

there are 4 contacts, two on each side of the plug, thus there are 4 wires, Green, Yellow, Blue, & Red,
Giving each color a number:
Yellow = 1
Green = 2
Red = 3
Blue = 4
The Green wire is on this side Top, yellow is on other side Top.
Blue is this side bottom & Red is other side bottom.
