my z28 w/ a 350 has run a 13.5. my buddy has an 86 IROC w/ a 305 tuned port. his mods are edelbrock header, gutted cat, flowmasters, k&ns, afpr, pulleys, airfoil, slp intake runners, shift kit, and 3.42 gears. with those mods, can he match my 13.5?

I wish my 350 TPI would run 13.5s with the few mods he has done. And to answer your question... Only with a 125hp shot of NOS.

no way, ive got many more mods than him minus the headers, and only ran an all time best of 15.20@90 mph. Thats why ive decided to scrap the crappy 305 and get a 350.
