Anyone tried using their tb spacers? They look cool, but do they perform?

Uh, I've heard of guys using spacers on TBI motors but not TPI. I doubt that would give you any performance gain whatsoever. In fact I know it wouldn't. I think the thoery behind spacers for TBIs is that it adds length to the runner ports in the manifold and in theory gives a small increase in torque. The runners on TPI cars are something around 20 inches. THey don't need to be any longer. Some would argue they are too long.
