Anyone hear do a 421? What do you think?

The link is above to the info on the block. Since my last 383 didnt work out due to the engine builder, I have been chatting with tpi421vette(jim) about him possibly building me a 421 for the car.
Anyone use these blocks? What did you think of them?
I found them in the price range of $1399-$1899.
We have been talking, and the nuts and bolts are as follows:
-230/230 .570 lift cam on a 114 lobe seperation
-Miniram 2
-195 CC AFR Eliminator's
-Forged bottom end
-11.3 CR
I would like this engine to pass emmissions, hence the small cam in the bigger cube inch engine. Jim thinks that 430rwhp/460rwtq is doable with a redline in the 5800-6000 range.
I thought about a 400 block, but after talking to Jim about the cost of the block/machining of the block/purchasing a new flywheel etc....It sounds like the aftermarket GM block is more cost feasable and prob stronger.
I know there are a few guys running this block, but I forget exactly who? Also, I know my combo isnt optimized, but its what I have to work with. I had the AFR's flowed and they did really well. Should be no lack of torque anywhere with that combo. The heads will have excellent port velocity and flow about the same as there old 210's.

I have, got both a forged 412 and a forged 420, they are torky little things
