modding a tpi motor, expert help??

ive got an 86 tpi 305 top end with a 350 block, im wondering what kind of power i can expect to make on the swapped in block, compression ratio, and what weak points that should be modded first to free up the most power.

ive been told that the exhaust manifolds are the most restrictive part of the motor, so i bought some headers and a y pipe. I also had the exhaust done 3" with a flowmaster.

how much would an electric cut out help?

i was going to replace the cam next, im not sure if it has the 305 cam or the cam from the block that was used, either way it probably would be incorrect for a fi 350.

i was going to get a set of roller rockers also.

considering having my intake and runners ported.

i have an msd 6al box laying around.

how about some port work on the heads?

i know im going to have to have a chip made, how much do ppl usually charge for them?

i was told the injectors were changed also.

i guess id like to know how much i can expect from headers and a cam.

thanks, and i appreciate any help.

Headers will make a bid difference for sure but every one says the heads are your biggest problem, not to mention the TPI intake system is made for a 305 and not a 350. So getting a bigger lower intake, larger runners, bigger TB (all though that is debateable), and a ported plenum, and have them all port matched is very important if you want to run the TPI system.
So heads, headers and bigger TPI system....
I can't remember if you said you had an unlimited source of cash or not...
By the way the 350 and 305 have the exact same size TPI set up, it's just the injectors that are different.

yea, i knew that, i didnt want to buy new heads, but i could get the ones i have ported, as well as the intake, any idea on compression? or hp? 250ish?

ive also seen headers and exhaust make a 50hp gain on a 305.
