Idle questions about my TPI!!!! Please Help!!!

I have a pretty built TPI 350, that the computer and TPI unit are from a 305, well I just put a even bigger nitrous cam in it, and im not sure yet if its a vaccum leak, but what happens at idle is ill pull up and it just shoots up and down, up and down, between like 1000rpm and 400rpm, it will do it like 6 times and then stop, I havent got the chip cut yet, but im in the works of that, but I have no codes on and the ses stay off!!! What do u think it might be?
