Will an 85-89 knock sensors fit the same harness fitting? I have an 85 305 TPI that will be replaced with a new 350. Will say a knock sensor for an 89 350 TPI directly replace my 85 305 TPI KS w/out having to change the wiring connector?

Seeing as how the part is the same (on 305's)... I dont see how the connector can be different. Thats not something GM would do anyway, tooling costs.

 

I thought it had the potential to be different like the difference between the 87 and 89 relay connectors and a couple of the other sensor connectors.
