Remove vacuum line and plug line. Leave AFPR port uncapped. Attach pressure guage/hose to the shraeder valve on fuel rail.

Start engine. Read gauge. Adjust AFPR srew clockwise to increase pressure, counter-clockwise to reduce pressure. Try small adjustments in steps (~2-3psi at a time to see where performance/idle change).

Remove all components and replace vacuum line to AFPR.

Thanks for the info but based on my mods do you have an idea of what a base setting might be. Im way high on it tight now i think

Kevin did an excellent job outlining how to physically adjust fuel pressure. To determine where to set it, you need a scanner to monitor O2 sensor readings at WOT. This is the only scientific way to adjust pressure. It should read 800 - 850 mV. If too high, lower pressure. If too low, raise it.

To do this do you make an adjustment first. Then crack it ope full threottle for a few seconds to get a reading?
