O2 WAS Going Offline
My TPI has a set of Edelbrock TES headers which, prior to my Be Cool radiatior installation, had given my O2 sensor no problems. Let me say, this radiator does a remarkable job (I know it's winter) of cooling everything off quickly. Anywho, after I installed the rad, my O2 started having trouble staying warm enough to stay online. My guess is that there wasn't enough radiant heat from the block or enough heat in the block to make the EGT hot enough. (I don't know really) This mostly occured at idle on really cold days (45 deg or less). I researched the issue and found most folks were recommending a heated O2 sensor. I'm not real good with splicing into harnesses and such so I tried a cheaper approach.
I haven't seen this method mentioned before so I wanted to let you all know what worked for me. I got a small roll of header wrap and wrapped the collector and O2 sensor. I tested it on a 38 degree day and it worked like a charm. The sensor even came online within a minute of startup. The water got to temp (from 38 degrees) in about 3 minutes (obviously, no relation to the wrap) so my car went into Closed Loop in about 3 minutes on this cold day.
I hope this can help someone with the same problem.

Re: O2 WAS Going Offline
Sure...
This took a bit of patience and probably could have been done a bit better. You can see the locking ties I didn't trim too.
