Surging idle

Surging idle
I have a surging idle problem.
My car is a stock 1991 Trans Am with the 305.
I just cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner untill no black residue came out.
What suggestions might you guys have?

My 89 Formula 350 has a rough idle and surges and my fuel injectors are bad. Check them with an ohm meter and make sure they are all consistant.
