Hard starting

Alright well I have a 89 Iroc Z 350 TPI. I just got the engine rebuild and got a new fuel pump put in. But I am having problems starting it. It will keep turning over and turning over for like 20 seconds then finally fire. It has new spark plugs, and new spark plug wires. Once it is running it runs great but takes so long to start it. I have been told it may be my MAF sensor and fuel burn off relay, but I have no idea. Also another thing is once I get get it started it has a rough idle. It will idle rough for about 10 seconds then smooth out to a nice idle. Well I was just wondering if anyone knew what my problem may be. thanks

Joey
