TPS Adjustment

I know this question has been asked a lot, but I am having difficulty with the topic. I have read the tech article and have a few questions.
1. Which terminals do I connect to on the TPS A, B, or C.
2.What should the voltage be at idle.
3.What should the voltage be at WOT?

Thanks for the help.

It is A and B, i believe the idle voltage should be around .54. As for the WOT voltage, people have said that anything past a certain percentage is conceived as WOT to the computer. Like 3.80 and above.
