where can I get this...
I was wondering where I can get the metal line that runs from the back of the plenum to the brake booster? I went to GM and they said that they couldn't get it. Thanks

You could check the junk yards, but they might have cut it. If you can get the part number, goto: http://www.gmpartsdirect.com
They might be able to find it.

Yeah mine is a rubber hose also.
I wasn't aware that there ever was a metal line for the booster.
it seems that when the engine moves it would bend or break it.
are you sure its for the brake booster and not something else?

I guess it could be just a regular vacum line. I just remembered it being metal. I'm finishing up an engine swap. thanks. I'll try a vacum hose.
