Where on the TB is the IAC valve?

Ok, I'm trying to find the IAC valve. I know its ont eh tB but where. Is is the white metal cap on the DS between the runners, and if so how do I get that cap off?

No, its on the front left (passenger side), it is round and has a connector with 4 wires on it.
