Which valve springs

I am getting ready to replace the valve seals and add 1.6 rockers to the 'Bird. Should I replace the springs while I have it apart? If so, which springs for the stock cam?
Thanks,
Chuck

Lt4 springs are cheap and proven. I got mine for $40 bux from a shop, I think you can get them from GMPP for less than that.
For a stock cam they would be great. I think they'll take around .510 lift.
I'm running mine at like .513 right now with no probs at all.
