Suggested FP for a 30lb injector

91 Formula 350, accel tpi base, as&m runners, lingenfelter ported plenum, holley 58mm TB, jet eprom. Anyone make a suggestion as to fuel pressure with the 30lb injectors, car is running rich and I am considering putting the 22lb stock injectors back in or getting 24lb injectors, any thoughts?

thanks,

Probably either need a custom chip or you will have to put the stockers or some Accel #23-#24 in. You'll never get the fuel pressure low enough for such a near stock car to run right with those big injectors.

Airfoil, Dynomax cat-back, MSD coil, 180 t-stat, Bald Eagle tires,
Hypertech fan switch, Accel 23# injectors, Holley AFPR, ported plenum,
Ported Daytona Yellow stock base, Moroso valve covers, other stuff,
Ruger P95DC, hot wife, new oil filter, thick rubber floormats, no cats.

I agree with the above, either a custom chip or smaller injectors are what you need, you would have to lower the fuel pressure to 24psi for the fuel flow to be correct for what the chip is programmed for, and the injectors wont work real well if at all at that pressure. 30's look like overkill for that setup anyway.

Def a overkill! Go for stock injectors. Look at my sign. and I have stock injectors but then I have a custom chip and higher fuel pressure.

Before you go through the pain in the *** of changing injectors, DEFINATLY check into prom burning at the DIY PROM board. Its a little overwhelming at first but its not to hard to do it yourself once you get the hang of it.
